POLICY

ORDER PROCESS

All orders will be processed after 48 hours. Any order placed on national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed the following business day.

Wig items and color hair need 3-9 business days for production for different density.

SHIPPING

To decrease the stocking cost, all items are shipped from our warehouse in China via UPS and FedEx. Shipping takes 2-4 business days to North America and 3-5 business days to West Europe.  Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with clients' PAYPAL account when purchase. 

SHOP LAVINEL HAIR is not responsible for any lost item if tracking information states that the package was delivered to the PAYPAL verified billing address.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of human hair products we cannot issue any refund. All sales are final. If you received the wrong or any missing items please contact our service team within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise. Please DO NOT unravel, wet, cut, dye, bleach, wash, play with or install hair. And also original packing tag must be the same condition when we send it. IF AN ITEM IS NOT RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS SENT, IT WILL BE DENIED.

Federal law states you cannot return or exchange human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.

NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON ALL WIG ITEMS - FULL LACE WIG, LACE FRONT WIG AND 360 WIG ITEMS FOR ALL COLORS.

In any event that wee must do a refund. Buyer must pay 20% or order amount as a restocking fee. And shipping fee will not be refunded. When email our customer service, kindly include the following information to help us expedite the processing of your case. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION WE SHIPPED IT OUT.

REFUND ARE PROCESSED 24-72 HOURS IN BUSINESS DAYS AFTER OUR WAREHOUSE IN CHINA RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE.

1. Your full name, telephone number and address.

2. Your original order confirmation number

3. The date the order was placed and the date the merchandise was received by buyer.

4. A list of the product (s) (name and reference number of merchandise) to be exchanged.

5. The reason for the return or exchange

6. A video and photograph of the products and its packing including tags that backup the reason for exchange. 

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES' SHIPPING COST. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number. And SHOP LAVINEL HAIR will not be responsible for lost items.

TEXTURE DISCLAIMER

Due to the distinct nature of human hair, two heads of hair are never exactly the same. All photos on our page will give buyers an idea of how the hair texture will look. However all wavy and curly products are processed for textures. This means that we cannot guarantee that all bundles will look the same, but they will not be distinctly different.

LACE UNITS

We DO NOT recommend bleaching the knots. Bleaching the knots incorrectly will cause balding / shedding. We are not responsible for lace balding due to bleaching. We will not exchange or refund any lace units due to bleaching or improper use.

UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES

We ONLY send to PAYPAL verified billing address. Please make sure that you confirm your address through PAYPAL or you will risk delayed shipment on your order. We are not responsible for your order going to address that is not listed on order sheet. Some orders over $250 MAY require IDENTIFICATION to prove that you are the card owner.
